Re: My new 996 Turbo
So here is an update of Porsche ownership,
As part of the deal the dealer put over $6500 in maintenance and repairs, turns out it was no enough as you can see below. I blew the boost hose off the intake manifold last weekend and had to get it towed home from Frank's Slide. I still need to get the car to see Chris in Red Deer for new plugs and a brake flush, but once the last bit of maintenance is complete it should be ready for the tune. Got it back from the shop yesterday and everything seems to be good now.
The winter plans is to install upgraded wastegates, CF mirror caps and front lip, and possibly an exhaust.
Current: Golf R and a corporate lease nobody cares about

Re: My new 996 Turbo
the problems your having with the porsche ALL stems from the high atmosphere you keep it in. This car was designed for sea level driving........ The only way to fix it is to LOWER it! I think your dodge has less fender gap. If you can see more then half of the tread of the tire , then your to high........I can see your inside edge of the tire......that my friend......is Blasphemy!
Just saying
I'll just put this here.....
I'f not i'm going to put my shovels on your hood since your half way there to this....
