So wheels are on (thanks Jay!), but Bilstein kept jacking us around and I cancelled my order for the struts and springs. Amazingly, I found a set in stock elsewhere and should have them soon. Way too 4x4 looking right now for my liking. I think I'll be able to fit 12-15mm spacers on both the front and rear, but I want to wait until it's lowered to see how much clearance is left. There's basically zero information out there on lowering these and clearances, so I decided to order the stock offset on the Work wheels to be safe and let me use proper hubcentric spacers.
I've only got 32k on it, no issues so far. And I'm only putting 6k or so on a year so I'm not worried.
I've heard about the CVT issues, but overall I think it's blown out of proportion. Lots of 2006 CVT models with 140+k on them now and you rarely see anyone with problems on the forums. Apparently it's the same CVT used in some Nissan compacts, but the B200T puts it near the top end of it's power/torque rating. I keep mine in "comfort" mode most of the time which I would guess puts less stress on it.
At that rate, it will last forever. My mom drove her's to 100k, no problems either, she just picked up a 2013 B-class, they went back to a transmission with gears, it's much smoother to drive, I found the CVT was tough to accelerate smooth without the random surge.
