youtube has a "shake reduction" option when you upload videos, I think that might be enabled, try reupload with that disabled.

Re compressing video from Gopros and other POV/DSLR cameras exaggerates the Jello / rolling shutter effect. Other that a mount that has dampening, I have found that using a ND filter or a CP filter will greatly reduce the jello in the original footage. To make sure you don't see the filter rim in the wide angle video you will need at least a 55mm.
