Yeah everything has been cleaned. The pipe fits fine, I have to stretch it over with a flathead and once I tighten down the hose clamp everything slides off, and if it does stay....when I drive it pops off : (

Are you sure you are getting the hose clamp down far enough? Sound to me like you are clamping down but the hose clamp is in the wrong spot.

I slide the clamp as far in as it can go without obviously being to far so it can slip past the clamp.
