  • 2005 Jetta GLI 1.8t

Well here she is guys, i decided to buy a jetta again, dunno, in my mind i think it just suits me better =) and im really enjoying it again!! one hell of a clean car and extremely well taken care of. 2005 with only 94 thousand km's on it

so far whats done performance wise
    - nuespeed short ram intake
    - forge diverter valve
    - turbo back APR exhaust (nice deep note, really like it)
    - revo stage 1

what i will add to it
    - bigger turbo inlet pipe
    - bigger intake manafold pipe
    - 4 bar fuel pressure regulator
    - front mount intercooler(on the way)
    - revo stage 2+
    - ko4 turbo kit (good enough for daily driving, not gonna go crazy power)
    - possibly meth injection (debating)
    - ABD intake manafold

    some pictures

thats all for now, will keep you updated =)

If you saw the gas bills add up you would understand haha =P big difference from 13/15 liters every 100km in the city to 8 liters every 100km now haha

When I owned my chipped only GLI, I got no more than 400-425km's per tank. My current S4 gets around 325-350 km's per tank but you mentioned yours got 450-500 km's per tank in the city!!! What gives??

That's when driving it real nice lol. And that was real hard to do so with how much of an aggressive noise it made lol

Ha Ha!!! I can't for the life of me get through a full tank driving it real nice! That would seem like a waste of money to me. Having said that, I really don't bag on my cars however my mileage alawys seems to suck!!

So here's an update on what's going on. Next weekend front mount install, timing belt and water pump change, oil change, and cam tensioner seal change.

                        The bad:
Turns out the turbo is blowing through essesive amount of oil (all the better reason to get a ko4 lol)
All 4 FK coilover shocks are leaking so I'm gonna rip them out and put in an entirely new kit

Do it right the first time or you'll regret it later. Big turbo right away. Car looks so good already, I bet it looks better in my rear view mirror.
