Bought the car off a fellow eurodrivers member in good standing, Simon (aka Boy Racer), and have finally started making progress toward my original goal: a smooth running R/S2 spec'd coupe putting down RS4 humbling power.
Car came with a few mods done in good taste (I'm a big OEM+ fan), and overall in fairly good shape for its vintage. It's a rewarding car to drive, especially in the winter, and was more reliable than my B6A4 1.8tqm. So I sold that lump and couldn't be more pleased!
Now to make her (Sabine) reliable, fast and stylish. In that order of priority. With the attitude that if something needs replacement, might as well upgrade anything associated and save on compound labour.
Mileage: 250,500 ish
Previous owner (PO) said the odometer went out for about 20k KMs before he fixed it himself (found to be a bad soldered connection).
Installed:
PO -- B4 hood and support, Euro V6 bumper (front)

The following will be a running photo-illustrated commentary of my ongoing issues and plans, and hopefully some in-depth commentary as I believe the devil is in the details!
