Since I decided not to sell A few final shots before she goes into winter mode. Wanted to show off the wheels I bought from Ryan (vwpride) before the steelies go back on in a few days. Spin her up an inch as well. :(
















Have some Helix projectors coming too, hopefully they look alright. New valences are in the garage.

I really like it. I am not a huge fan of red at all but this is actually very appealing to me. You should just get winter tires for those rims and run those for the winter

Just regular OEM ones, but they'd still be a massive improvement since right now I don't even have one in the front, and the rear has a bunch of paint chips and is melted around the exhaust, haha.

I'm worried about the lights, that was kinda an impulse buy, I'm kinda expecting them to look terrible
The roof rack is fantastic, much better use than sitting in your garage for 2+ years

I know what you mean, haha. I've only had them for a week, to take them off now seems so sad. Bigger brakes in the future so next year probably won't be dealing with steelies, I'm thinking LB's or Monte Carlo's for next winter now

Reps so I'm still unsure if I'll like it in person or not. We'll see, and test fit before paint is probably a good idea, haha.

Looove the vr sound, glad I'm not the only one haha. It'll sound better with a supercharger whine methinks.

Today's update!

Bumpers and skirts shipped

Buuut this cold snap really beat the **** out of the cooling system. Thermostat and water pump are gone, and have a leak at the water pipe. Woohoo. Nicely happens at the end of my weekend though, guess I'm walking to work.

Since all that's happened I'm just going to replace the water pump, "crack" pipe, thermostat, thermostat housing and cover, and coolant temp sensor. Fun, might just wait a week and take it to George if I can arrange alternate transportation. Bad time of year to own a VR.
