mm, i'm not sure about that. i see lots of "police" vehicles in Vancouver coming and going to various film and TV shoots. They probably have a special license, but impersonating a foreign police vehicle might not be illegal.

as long as you are not impersonating domestic you are fine. its the same with euro plates being used as "fake" license plates. they are just seen as novelty plates and not really license plates from another jurisdiction.
