Getting there. Just ordered some Koni FSD's and Eibach sportline springs. 1.2" gap reduction. 18" Aristo's for the summer. Just got it tinted this weekend. Starting to look like its almost finished for now.
Why is the front wheel gray and the back wheel black? And is that a grille cover? The tint looks good!
Yeah, its a VW winter cover they sold for the TDI's. Theres one for the lower grill too but its a ***** to get on and take off in the snow. The wheels are different because I painted the fronts for reference for painting my long beaches. Decided against the paint and I think I'm going to get the Aristo's powder coated when I get them. Thanks guys!
Updated Pics. I think Rondal and I are going to get together for some real photos of it. Maybe some would be interested in group shots somewhere. I'd like some semi pro photos when the car is detailed and shiny sometime. But for now I'm lazy, it rained and the car is dirty from my parking lot at work. But here are a few shots of how it sits now. By the way stickers not removed, I had Tyler make me the yield sign as we just had a new addition to the family a few months ago it reads "Lil Dubber On Board".
I was in Sundre this week and totally saw your car. I was driving past and thought to myself "damn that looks like cams TDI but i didn't think he lived in sundre". Sure enough haha. Looks lower in person
Nice wheels + drop!!! Pretty sure I saw you approx 1 month ago (your car was still stock...but then I recall the darker tint in the rear) in the Shawnessy area.
Constructive criticism: Front end/vehicle looks too cluttered because of decals/text everywhere (ie: TDI on the intercooler). Thats just my 0.02.
Took advantage of the sunshine before it rains again. Gave it a good scrub and wax. Also removed the front plate. Will be removing the tdiclub decal tomorrow.
SEX!!! I Can't stop looking at this picture, and the car is in front of my house.
