  • New Grocery Getter...B5 S4

I scooped this up a few weeks back. Love the car already. Needs a little work, but what doesnt.

Car is a stage 3 minus the fueling system. I will eventually upgrade, but not anytime soon. 400hp is good enough. Got some maintenence issues to take care of

Took the car to race city last Friday. One run, 13.6 @100 with a 1.9 60ft ( I am pretty sure I have a boost leak) Met Graeme with his sweet RS6 All Road and also nothing777.

    Future plans

    Meth/Water kit
    Repaint hood and front bumper
    Drive the damn thing!

    On to the pics....

Top of your mod list should be a proper fueling kit.. you can get complete used ones for like $800 these days... way more beneficial then W/M. I'd more then likely do I/C's before meth as well..

Nice. I think the previous owner used to live up around me in the strathcona area. I used to see it all the time about 2 years ago but haven't seen it recently. Lovely car man!!!

It is a great looking car, not a bad trap for a 3- either. Get that fueling kit and you should be into the 12's, You can get W/M and your stock IC's will do on most days, not on back/back pulls though
I may appear to be nice, but don't be fooled, I probably don't like you

                    Thanks guys!

Yep, ex owner lives in Elbow Valley.

I plan on the fueling mods, but prob much later. I know my habits and with over 500hp I am going to start breaking drivetrain parts. This car has been a 3- for 3 years straight. I figure meth is a cheapish way of keeping the car cooler and cleaner for now.

Noggy seems to be the new silver for sure (spot the other noggy in one of my pictures? My neighbor has one also)

I was somewhat happy with the time/trap I got. I only did the one run (hate lineup's) It was also about 27 deg...I'll do the meth kit, find boost leak and have the car back at the track late September for a better slip.

Looking forward to the meet next thurs!

I think I'd still go with fueling then I/C's before meth...
Dont get me wrong the gains and cooling to be had with Meth injection are great.. I think think starting with a good solid base is way more important. Plus without fine tuning your setup (fueling) you will see minimal gains from Meth.

I dont know your budget, but there are many options out there. Used kit, Vast, EPL etc.. then for IC the JHM FMIC, AWE's and ER's. (Least to most expensive)
