this would be true as i also used to feel thi way but thoes air bags are slow inflatin compressed gas curtains not solid fuel units .as i used to also believe . still not super safe but leave the airbags in and don't get tossed out the window .

I went with a Sony A390. Seems pretty decent for the price.

x2. cant stand blacked out tails, both from a looks and functionality point of view. there is nothing worse than driving behind someone with them when its sunny out. sorry i lied there is something worse....HID's in non-HID headlight housings

I actually have been thinking about taking off the tint on the tails. It's starting to peel on one corner so maybe thats a sign.

HID's were taken out a few months ago.

Yes, that is an .:R emblem. I know there was never a Jetta .:R but I think that it gives a nice touch to the otherwise stock front end.

Colin, I'll be sure to check out airsociety, probably a lot of good stuff on there.
