Cool Photo Spots in Calgary

I wanted to take some nice photos in Calgary,
I need some advice of some locations both during the day
and at night would be awesome.
I would also like to know were I can find some good large walls
of graffiti to park against to take some pics, I know I've seen some
but I just can't remember atm... doh

take a cruise through the core, and 1-3 blocks south of the railroad tracks in the beltline and you will find nothing BUT large walls with graffiti

There is a parkade downtown near Gulf Canada Square, I actually have no idea what roads it is on. I just autopilot myself down there, besides driving around is half the fun. You will notice that there are schwack of photos of local cars on local forums from that parkade.

Of my last few days walking parts of downtown and taking the bus all over... I found soooo many walls and spots that are gunna be amazing to shoot at when I come out this summer.

There are two parkade downtown where you can take your car onto the roof late at night. Pretty good, you can get under a lamp and take shots with the city as your backdrop.

SAIT used to have some good angles as well since its on a hill. Anywhere with a hill is really good.

SAIT sucks now with the construction, and the parking lots downtown aren't good unless you've got either off camera flashes or a tripod as you need a long shutter to actually get enough light.

i think the one you're thinking of is just off 9th ave right chris? 9th and 4thst?
