WhAAA! that'd be wicked! Ideally, I would want to continue with the Detailing... I enjoi it alot and have become pretty good at it

HAHA! I wish! I dont .... The hieght kills me everyday. I so want this car to be slammed... but my photography toys keep me from spending money on the jetta... and even more now that I'm workin on moving out to Calgary.

To go from my completely slammed 1960 bug, to this..tank, has been hard.

So its been awhile since I have posted. I should of already been out west by now, but my Girlfriend came back to Ontario for the summer to work and save some money untill the new school year starts up again.

The plan now, is to trek out at the end of august. I've picked up an mk3 TD Jetta for her, it comes with a 2.0L mk3 jetta parts car as well! The motor is solid and freshly built, built to drive! TDi crank pulley conversion, new T-belt, rebuilt Injector pump, new clutch... Its just been sitting for abit, So I have some cosmetic work to do, along with brakes, before it gets on the road. Pics will come later on when I have posession of the cars.

As for my 83. In May, shortly after mothers day, my camera lens decided to jam up and not work properly. So with no camera for the time being, I decided I was going to do work on the old tank!

First order of business was to remove the old, tired 1.6 TD.





I picked up a 1.9TD and mated it to my 5 speed trans. ( thats the short of it )

It seems i dont have any pics of the 1.9 in the car... haha dang...

anyway, the car hauls ass now! I picked up some VMaxx Coilovers and dropped it down abit.

I pulled the dent out of the passenger side rear door and put a bandaid on it for the time being.

At spring fling acouple weeks ago, in mississauga


Transporting some goods for a friend... another friend snapped the pic


And just the other night, I finished installing the Mk3 lower lip



Im heading down to niagra falls to the June Jitterbug on sunday.


So yeah, End of august, the Girl and I will be trekin out west in our Jetta's

Well, Its now Official, The Girlfriend and I got an apartment locked in for the 1st of September!! Located in Mission

My last day of work here is the 27th of this month (august) and We'll hopefully be making our way across the country in our Jetta's!

Now I have to get down and dirty and finish her Jetta.. and hopefully have time in between to look for work out there... :S
