yes.. happens to OEM cars now from shitty paint jobs.. clear coat goes on and then as it cures it actually wrinkles slightly causing the paint to look like the skin of an orange

go look up close on a GM and you'll see it. i've even read complaints about it on new 350z's, lexus,etc..

i dont even mind the shines on it . looks good . ( tint that light)
