Out of curiosity was this mounted via a suction cup? Magnets?

I took a few photos tonight whilst bored using an old tripod and some ducktape and am going to make this a project for my day off tomorrow and am wondering how this was attached.

almsot the same suction cups that windshield repair people use. I must be strong enough to hold the camera up on a long pole.

do you have to pay to get onto the roof of the parking garage off of 9th, or can you just drive up there. I walk by it everyday but have never been in with a car

I go there at night and you just drive up there. I believe. I am 98% sure this is the same parking lot I hit up and there is no gate to get in.
