Ok I got my pieces back from Cutting Edge Trim & Design. Great work and charged me exactly the quote price. Also Dan from CE Design says that if anyone from eurodrivers needs and upholstery done that he will give them 10% right off the top. Just say that Al sent you. Great guy with great work. He gave me a shop tour and was very helpful. I chose a "brandywine" suede. Here are some pics:

Also installed my Eurojet FMIC yesterday. I have to say that the top pipe that comes off the turbo is a pain and needs to be modified slightly. Also I am having fitment issues with my lower driver side pipe taking up room for my CAI. I think that I am going to have to get a oval style filter to make it fit. And after all of the install I found out that I have to trim my bumper....







Anyone have any thoughts of why this is so tight here?

...and I know the car is filthy. Sitting in the garage since Oct. sucks...

well with the front off like that you could probably smash a filter onto there but i'm not sure if it would cause harm

looks good tho.. i'm not 100% on the red alcantara.. i'd have to see it all finished up.. should done black alcantara

are you doing the door cards too?

koool man, looks awesome i like the red..i should really do something to the inside of my car now. Ill to something in the spring..How hard was it too take the headliner and pillar peices out? That grille is still your too by the way. haha.

Right on thanks James. It's really not that hard once you figure out the first few pieces. I was pretty terrified when I started haha. If you want to do something along those lines I don't mind helping. It's fun work actually. We'll have to meet up one day so I can get that grill from you and perhaps tear your car apart!

Ya, that would be wicked. Since you have done it before would be much easier. I would for sure would like to meet up and take the wagon apart..not too sure on what do to yet(fabric wise). AND you can finally get the grill. ahah. Ill just have to stop by a fabic place and see whats up. We'll figure out a time and place.

Any way that intercooler is upside down?
I dont know but my personal taste is with the pipes in the lower grille openings..
This ones just designed to be more sleeper?

No the intercooloer is right side up, it is a sleeper look I believe. I kind of prefer the pipes in the openings as well but oh well. I have read lots of people have problems with the new upper pipe that Eurojet has fabricated.

James - Your best bet on fabric is to stop by an upholstery place, they know what works and won't as far as glue bleeding and the material being able to stretch over the pieces etc.

Here are some pics from this afternoon. I almost have the car all back together. The only few things left to do for now are install the drivers side A-pillar that is being reupholstered and put on the black seatbelt covers that I picked up yesterday. The FMIC is installed and the GLI seats and Headliner as well. And yes it is dirty, I just got back from Edmonton...

How much did they charge you overall? Kept the black headliner itself I see. Looks fantastic!

I got a pretty good deal. They said they can hook up other Eurodrivers members as well. I bought the black headliner and pieces and seats out of a wrecked GLI. My car is just a GLS.
