Its not an RS4, its an A4 with USP wheels.

Ahh okay no I know that's an A4 I was under the impression that the wheels
were RS4 same as these no?

Yes those are the wheels, they also came on the USP pakage.

its an 03? with USP.. the later B6s have a different bumper and the bling sideblades..
