Amen to that brother! Yesterday I dodged a few on Glenmore Westbound just before Blackfoot... Yikes. I think if I were driving a Smart car and put a tire in one of them I would've rolled!
Oh yeah... and sweet Volvo. Best C30 I've seen to date.

Decided to go a different route this year, focusing more on performance and less on bling. Also, the combo of Calgary roads, 19s, and coil overs was killing me. I opted for some 18" Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2 and love them. They're light (20lbs each), a nice flush fit, and look the business. There is a marked improvement in acceleration and steering feel vs the 19s and even the OEM 17s (which were 24lbs each). Tires are Bridgestone RE960s again. Snapped a few photos today.
Come out to a meet I wanna check em out! I think this was an awesome move on your part, this size wheel looks better on the car (bigger is not always better) and you will enjoy the lighter weight. Also I think 1 pc wheels are really coming back into fashion at all levels over the last year, 3pc got played especially with so many knockoff brands, replicas, etc.
