  • Fiat 500 Coupe Zagato Concept

Fiat has premiered the 500 Coupé Zagato at the Geneva motor show today.

The 500 Coupé Zagato was designed in partnership with the Fiat Group's Centro Stile design center. Zagato was inspired by the original Coupé Zagato that the design house created back in 1952 which completely restyled the 500 model.

Similarly, today the conversion involves turning the current Fiat 500 into a 2+2 coupe. The 500 Coupé Zagato measures 3.55 m long, 1.63 m wide and 1.49 m tall, with a 2.3 m wheelbase.

    Under the bonnet is a 900cc TwinAir two-cylinder engine delivering 105 PS (77 kW / 104 bhp) and 155 Nm (114 lb-ft) of torque.

The 500 Coupé Zagato comes with chrome exterior trims contrasted to its Pop Yellow, three-level livery and features 17-inch Chrome Shadow wheels in a double spoke pattern harboring the perforated disk brakes and wrapped in 205/40R17 tires.

For the cabin finish is two-tone upholstery in yellow chamois and black natural leathers with "eco-chrome" trimming. The roof lining gets a dark, high-tech fabric with a transparent single-filament yarn for a special kind of shine.

Finally, there's a port for a hand-held devices such as a smartphone for Internet and satellite navigation.
