This guy turned his 360 Modena into a limo and Ferrari is suing him to remove all logos and names because once he cut it in half it was no longer a Ferrari.

same thing happened to bam margera.. he cut the roof off of his and they took legal action against him.. no idea how it turned out

Haha I remember seeing that, him and Billy Idol decided to take a sawzall to the roof of bam's lambo, hilarious! I never heard about the legal procedings though.

i suppose on the other hand, you can't make your own car and give it a name registered by another company under other circumstances.

Im kind of siding on ferrari with this one. Ferrari is a company known for their unique approach at cars, like other high-end car makers... and that guy really messed up the concept of what that horse stands for... They are a luxury sportscar company, not a rolls-royce to be chauffer driven.
