  • European Delivery question

    http://www.bmwusa.com/bmwexperience/europeandelivery/

Does anyone know of a person who's actually done this USA or Canada? I have to go to Germany for business in the next 6 months and thought it would be a great way to pick up a new car, if the program is available to Canadians... Anyone?

    Re: European Delivery question

Only read about the experience on vortex, but quite a few guys have done it and it's been all good. Not much more expensive, and you get to rip around in Europe first. But I believe you still have to order it through a NA dealer (the car comes to them).

If I was buying a BMW I would plan a trip around the delivery for sure. Volvo is supposed to be even better.

My old neighbour when I was in HS did it for his bmw and supposedly saved money or it worked out well for him at least. I say go for it, just for the trip alone.

          Re: European Delivery question

I'm going to the Gallery tonight to see whats involved in doing it. Hopefully they tell me what I want to hear, otherwise I'll simply contact BMW Canada and see what the deal is. Maybe I'll get her chipped while out there? haha, come back with a 375hp 335i would be nice.

Thanks for the replys. I know it can be done now

e90post.com do a search for Canadian ED and you'll have your answer.

I will tell you that apparently its not nearly as worth is for canadians as it is for americans. Please post what you find out.
