Beyond Lapping Day June 2, 2003 Pic

Hi all. That event was a blast. There are so many information/techniques and too little time to learn. Khyron’s 1.8T Jetta handles very well from the view that I had followed him a couple of laps.

My friend Raymond and I had a very good time on the course. Both of our cars act very differently. We actually discovered how well handling on his stock 02 A4 Quattro 1.8T. His car is very predictable on Apex. For my B5, I made a max 186km/h on the straight way. I felt so amazing with the speed that my car made on that road and the average grade tires on it(DunlopW-10). Beside the decent engine output, I appreciate the most was the suspension setup performed very well that I had studied and made numerous modifications before.

Track Day

Yah that was a boat load of fun. FK hi-tech susp, 28mm rear bar and slightly staggered rear wheels gave me just a touch of over-steer - much better than plowing. Great seeing some VWs out there and meeting some of the guys behind the pics! (That silver Porsche was pure sex :donking: ).

I'm gonna buy that pic above and put it in my room. :mrpimp:
