I think most of that stripe is on the tire not the wheel but yes it makes them look big. In a couple pics it has different wheels (I think like the passat) as the lip is polished.
My favorite part on the Jetta is the rear I like the spoiler/extension on the trunk and the upper rear window diffuser is nice too!Blair
