OH NO! I guess it was only a matter of time before they uglified the whole series....!

I still think the E36 body style was the best...were it not for cost and winters here in calgary, I would have gladly gone with an equivalent year (1997) 325i sedan over the A4...a sacrifice of some style and speed (with my mods) but a RWD inline six with independent suspension all around....

I always find interiors in BMW's to be kinda sparse though.....

personally i love the e46 3 series.. the odd part is you can get so many different wheels/kits from the dealer hey all look different which is a good thing... the bmw interiors are nice.. kinda weird having the window controls down low but you'd get used to it.. the only thing i hate about bmws is the price.. a 330ci is like 60 grand after options.. yea no thanks..

I think the new 3 series is hot as $%#&. I would drive the @#$% out of it. (BMW just needs to bring their prices down to Audi level)

Say what you will, but we're driving VW's

That car is better in every way than my car, not that Ive driven one but Ive driven an e46 and a new 7 series and they are both badass. This car is just a mix of the two! Now don't get me wrong, I like my car, but you wont catch me making fun of any BMW (unless its a 318...haha so slow)

I know its cliche, but you really do get what you pay for

Bangle (the newest desiger) has single handedly destroyed the beauty of BMW. The e30 and e36 were beautiful. Even the e46 is quite nice. This thing is horrid!

Dont knock the 318 to quick. With some decent mods, that thing is amazing. In the corners it handles better than almost any other car I've driven.

Ive been in a few 318s and they DO corner well (Ive even been in one with suspension and CH's) but they're what? 132hp? For the kind of cash you needed to spend on one of those Id really like it to have a higher HP rating than a weiner Neon.

Speaking of Neon's, they handle really well too..but they don't cost 40k!

edit: e30 and 336..Mmmmm So nice!

Yea the 318 has 140. Although throw in a simple everyday supercharger and 200hp is easy. Plus they weigh almost nothing. My 318 handled better than the 328 I drove for a while.

I agree that the e30 M3 is classic. Such a beautiful car.

ya, my uncle has an e30 M3 that he's converted to a track car..its been in a ton of magizines and such, bad ass little machine..

Ya, my uncle is all race, and all NA. The car isn't street legal and the wing serves purpose..haha I never said it was pretty, I just said it was badass
