Here are some highlights from the Essen show in Germany with the latest in Euro Aftermarket. Not much really that new in terms of style, 2 tone paint and big shiney wheels are here to stay.

      OKAY FINE

So you were right about the Golf V.

The silver/black/red is the same scheme I want on my Jetta.

I think my eyes have been opened to the potential of the Golf V. It really does make my Mk IV feel dated.

The GTI V actually looks pretty good all modded up. As for the 1 series

They dont have much in the way of prices yet but the Jetta V will be first for us in NA and they expect the prices to be close to the current model. Also as a side not the MKV GTI was just named Top Gear car of the year, and yes I still want a white one!!

What episode was that in? Car of the Year by Top Gear is kinda unexpected isn't it? I thought that they liked the Yaris as their favourite hatch on that show.

I just watched the one where the two guys spend 24 hours in a smart car, it was awesome.

The ceremony was just held last night so I dont think it has been in a show yet and not even on the Top Gear website yet.
