Clutch replacement suggestions 2007 A4

I think my clutch is in need of replacement soon on my 2007 A4 Avant 6 spd manual with a Unitronic stage 1 chip
looking for feedback and suggestions on replacement parts, should I replace fly wheel?
If so do I stay with dual flywheel or go with a single ?

Assess the flywheel once the clutch is off.

Personal preference for dual/single mass. You are going to get better engagement and feel with a single mass, most people we see at the shop that go to a single mass end up stalling a few times as they are leaving cause it has a different engagement. They are still happy with their decision after the couple next services. It really comes down to personal preference, after a couple days of driving you get used to the difference.

Did you upgrade yet? If so, what did you buy?

Also related to your power goals too.

From my understanding the DMF don't hold up well to elevated power levels.

Something else to consider.

I have not replaced it yet, I talked with LUK and found the specs for the DMF is app 337 ft lbs of torque and the disc app 280 ft lbs of torque, so basically enough for stock power applications
my concern was the level of noise a SMF may transmit but I am told it is minimal and the pros with a SMF conversation will out weigh the cons
I am now looking at what SMF kit to get

I installed a SMF from southbend stage 2, the DMF was very worn and disc down to the rivets
so far the pedal feels softer and smoother gear engagement
