2008 A3 buying used what to look for??

Looking at maybe getting an Audi A3 2008 has 190,000km auto, body looks good, inside is dirty but it can be cleaned up.
need a front wheel bearing and maybe due for timing belt,
just wondering about any problems that may be common that I should look for?
How is the auto trans, reliable? bullet proof? or a headache
price?

Due 100% sure for the timing belt + water pump. I think some weak areas are the coils and carbon buildup?
