2005 Audi S4 Avant?

There is an add for a 2005 Audi S4 Avant on kijiji.
Is this a bad idea? I am looking for an awd car with more room inside (ideally a wagon)

187,000kms

2005 Audi S4 Avant Wagon, 4.2 V8, 6 speed
Triple black, full tint.
Stasis Stage 1 tune, gutted piggies.
All options except nav.
Summer wheels Black VMR V710, 18" with Michelin Pilot Sport AS3 - less than 5000k on them
Winter wheels MSW 17" with one year old Bridgestone Blizzak LM-22
JHM snub motor mount, new serpentine belt and tensioner.
New upper control arms, tie rod ends
New front rotors and pads
New rear pads. (have new rotors in box)
New starter, clutch switch, spark plugs, battery
Remote Start
Mostly highway kms so it does have some paint sandblasting and normal age-related wear and tear. Needs a windshield.

Or buy one thats had the timing components replaced. They are wonderful cars if taken care of properly!!!1

That one article has done more to ruin the reputation of the B6/B7 S4 than any thing else I can think of. If you ask me this issue has been blown way out of proportion just like the Porsche and their IMS issues. I'm not saying that you won't have issues but if the car is properly maintained with regular oil changes there is a good chance it will run for a long time.

They are amazing engines and are a blast to drive. And that sound....
