Audi Event at Van. Island Motorsport Circuit

I don't know too much about this event. It happened a few weeks back. A co-worker's brother in law is affiliated with the track

I just figured the pictures were cool, and worth sharing - lots of R8s!

Seems to be brand new and maybe their first event.

It was awesome. That was our training for the new R8. Car 12 was the one I drove too.

When we got there the building was all done up in Audi Sport.

We also had a fleet of the new RS7 Performance and the S8 plus, that we were forced to shuttle ourselves with to and from the track. It was horrible.

The track is super technical and has a ton of elevation changes. they are expanding it so that it will have a big long straightaway. Hopefully it is ready for the next new R8 and we will go back and test it out again.

How wide was the track? from everything i saw it is too narrow to do any racing (about 2 cars wide)

It is quite narrow.
