How much would you spend on a low mileage AR with a junk trans?

There's one for sale on kijiji with low miles, 116k. Needs a new trans as it doesn't go into reverse.

The gf and I were thinking of selling her Jeep TJ Sport after the winter and getting an avant anyways.

She also wants to drive a manual, so this could be a prime swap candidate.

I happen to have a spare 5-sp and spare 6-sp 01e kicking around, so the cost of a swap is greatly reduced.

So, how much would you guys pay for a low mile 2.7t AR with a junk trans?

Just buy mine, higher miles but already stage 3, just need the bugs worked out of the 6 speed swap (clutch engagement point is off) I am motivated to sell 5.5K with the 3 piece wheels. Will also include 2 new B7 RS4 clutches ready to be used on the 2.7t
