The highly-anticipated BMW M4 GTS is coming one step closer to relatively as the model was recently spotted in the U.S. dealership ordering system.
While the image obtained by Bimmer Post doesn't reveal much, it apparently confirms the high-performance coupe will be offered in the United States.
While that's not much to go on, the M4 GTS will have an aerodynamic body kit and a number of carbon fiber components. The car is also rumored to have laser headlights and OLED taillights.
Under the hood, we can expect an upgraded 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo six-cylinder engine. Performance specifications remain unconfirmed but previous reports have suggested it could produce up to 500 PS (368 kW) and 600 Nm (443 lb-ft) of torque.
Besides being more powerful, the M4 GTS is expected to weigh as much as 220 lbs (100 kg) less than the standard M4 Coupe. As part of the weight saving measures the rear seat will be eliminated and the traditional front seats will likely be replaced by lightweight carbon fiber seats.
