You can go in to Glenmore Audi to get the service history yourself. Should be free.
Just have to have documentation that the vehicle is yours ie. registration.
Here is the email from Glenmore Audi when i asked about it.
Hi,
We can only release the records to the current owner. The owner can call in and we can email the records. If you have purchased the vehicle we will need
a copy of the registration before we can release them.

That's pretty standard. We just need to see the ownership so we know we aren't giving out information about someone else's vehicle. You know all those new privacy laws.
Northland VW wouldn't give me the records for my car, because the previous owner's information was on them. Had to pull teeth just to get them to even confirm that the timing belt had been changed already.
