The DSG is a great transmission, but I'm in the same boat as Danny... it does get boring and I will be replacing the car soon because of it. I could probably put up with it in the RS4 though!

As for matching the DSG to certain engines, it seems to be different with every single car... In my GTI and both of my uncle's S4s, they've been smooth and shift when they should. In my dad's CC, same engine and trans as the GTI, just slightly taller gearing, I can't stand it! It's slow to respond, you almost have to floor it to make it drop down a gear, and it's very jerky.

This RS4 was custom built for a customer who later backed out? Or is this for sale by THE customer/tuning company who initially purchased the vehicle? The colour choice is a little wild - wouldn't be bad had the colour accents not followed through to the interior of the car

it was specially made for a client by Audi. I am guessing they are showing it off before delivery

I think the color looks great on the stitching and even the seat backs, but the trim is over kill, the rs4 carbon fiber weave trim would look insane with that interior!!

Oh and the dsg in the S4 /rs4 is crazy good! I thought I would always drive a 6mt car....then I got a chance to try out the dsg in my old 2011 S4 for a weekend before buying it... it changed my mind within 100kms of driving it it's so good.

This DSG vs. manual transmission debate is growing tiresome. No one is saying the DSG's/PDK's/steptronics are not great transmissions. They are just NOT a manual! End of story!

Dang That is one NICE looking car! the color looks absolutely dashing! and dang They need to make these in bulk for here!

I gotta say spending about 4-5 hours a day usually in my car, Auto makes life so easy but i do miss the sensation of nailing the perfect rev match and shift and getting the perfect launch and just being more connected. Plus auto makes it so much easier for your mind to pitter off while driving unless its floored haha
