    Re: allroad air ride delet

    I followed this DIY:

    http://www.audiworld.com/tech/wheel41.shtml

Used KW V1s. Everything worked very well for the 3 years I had the car with it installed.

I have installed several bilstein / arnott conversion kits. Customers are happy with the ride. Have a few kits in town as well

Ditto at the shop here, there is actually an allroad on the hoist right now getting them haha. A little spendy for the arnotts but lifetime warranty.

I can vouch for Graeme too, it rode awesome on the KW's.

Pretty sure Ryan/Manits is doing this to his Allroad also, if he hasn't done it already.

Wonder if this is for the AllRoad I saw on Elbow the other day... Front was slammed and back had a 3" wheel gap! Hello rake!

                      Re: Allroad Air Ride Delete

I went with the arnott kit, still offers a very comfortable ride. Allowed us to put some 235/55/18 rubber on.

Now it's time to go offroading

                        Re: Allroad Air Ride Delete

I fitted the Arnott kit, after getting tired of fixing parts of the air suspension over the 7 years of ownership. I was very impressed with the ride afterwards, I also was happy I no longer had to ever worry about the suspension. Then the transmission failed... Hello new VW Golf Sportwagon!
