Audi 01E Clutch Bleeding (and brakes too while we're at it)

Can anyone local school me on how to bleed the clutch on an 01E? Bleeding the clutch (and the brakes) is about the only job I've never tackled before lol...

Also, might need to do a shifter alignment as well, so if anyone has any insight on that it would be greatly appreciated
