You can bleed the N75 off into the engine bay, you can run a BOV instead of a recirc valve, etc. Would probably cost you less than this inlet setup and would flow better too
    Can't find a single MAFless for a 1999.5 B5 A4

An intake could have been done for significantly less. I'm hoping hes going to return excess parts?

MAFless tunes aren't ideal. I'm only running one for my current tune because the S4 MAF I have kicking around isnt supported with it. Next tune I'll be using a MAF

You made it entirely out of silicone couplers? Why?

Because aluminium pipe didnt take tight enough bends for me.

This is one of those times where it might have been more worth it to just take it to a shop and have something welded up.

Probably would have been. But I was in a hurry.

How much pressure are you expecting the silicon on silicon connections to hold under boost? I don't even know how you'd go about clamping that together with some decent t-bolt clamps... what about short (say ~4"-6") runs of straight aluminum piping to handle the straight sections and just the silicon hose to do the bends?

You can't see it but there's aluminium pipe underneath them holding it together. This is also an inlet, it's under vacuum mostly... There's no straight silicone bits, the 90's I bought just had like 6" ends on them so I left it and reinforced it with aluminium.
