Car is running. Needs some tweaks in the VEMs but were running and it's making solid power. Tuned to 20psi right now as I want to figure out the bugs first. I will say this at 20psi...it is a rocket ship!

After just over 2 months tuning off and on with the Vems Stand alone ECU, ive decided to sell the VEMs and move on th custom chip tune for the stock ECU. tuning is not my strong point and i just dont have the time to go out for hours at a time tuning it. EFI Express tuning to come.

He is yes. He recently tunned a urs with this setup on E85....made 466hp and 404 tq.

Confirmed and ordered 1x motronic EFI Express tuned ecu for volvo turbo set up.

I regret the plasti dip so so much. Thank God it's only on my hood but it's taking forever to get it all off. Going for a nice gloss black with clearcoat on top. See how it matches the the rest of the car after I polish and wax it all. May do the bumper as well.

Plasti dip is all off the hood now. And the garage is full of dust lol. Took a whole bottle of goo gone and a 80 grit sanding wheel on an angle grinder lol. The sander was not working so I upped the power.

Should be able to sand it smooth tomorrow and start priming.

Day 2 down of project hood repainting. Grind down the hood I'm the bad spots. Put bondo on the worst corner and removed a lot of excess bondo as well. Sanded down everything nice and smooth...now it's not perfect but it's a hell of alot better then before.

Next time I'll probably make a tent or something cause my God...my garage is full of bondo dust lol.

Lol..negitive ghost rider. Going black black black with 3 coats or more of clear. Then I'm going to buff and wax the piss out of the hood...5he polish and wax the whole car.

I did try and think of some neat ideas for the hood but my creative mind has taken a dump.

Mayne I'll let the kids have a go at it and make it rainbow lol.

No pictures sorry gents...I managed to, after botching the hood on a 3rd base coat manage to sand it down enough that I was able to reapply another base coat.

So base coat on now and drying. Installed my new ECU fo EFI express. Swapped the crank pins back that were swapped for the VEMs. Taking a break now and may consider swapping my rear deck speakers in 20 mins. I'm trying to get this car finished in 5he next week or so which included a full exterior detail as the bondo dust and over spray dont look very good lol.
