Looks like it was well cared for! When was the TB last changed? Asking cause the intervals are 100k km, if you need a hand it's pretty straight forward on the i5.

I'd keep an eye out for some euro lights, turn signals at least, and do the rubber trim as was suggested... then just keep her happy and drive a while. See what's lurking before any big mods.
