B6 S4 V8 Guru's... What is this?

I am in the process of finding / fixing the small oil leak the car has. I have done valve cover gaskets, and will do the oil pressure sensor also (visual shows leak) BUT, when I had the light around the area I noticed a hose disconnected with one of those "one time clamps".... Such a small area I cannot root around. I think its on the same piping / area the coolant temp sensor is.... anyway, here is a picture.

This is right below the oil filter housing, below the oil pressure sensor....




Any ideas would be great
