Thanks for the feedback. I pretty much ignore how much he put in mods and just look to see if he put 'good' mods on the car. I think the price is fair, the mileage a little more than I'd like. FWIW, the car is for my friend in Van. He drove my wife's A4 when we were out there this summer and now he has to have one. I guess he wasn't having luck finding a manual A4 with S-line so now he's looking at S4s. I'm still rocking my GTI for at least a couple more years then I'll either take over my wife's A4 or sell both and get her and I new cars, hers probably being a 7 seat SUV.

Great car. I think those coilovers wouldn't be my first choice, but otherwise I can see those mods getting up there. The steering wheel probably cost him a fortune.

Been on craigslist since I was selling my allroad last March.

Longer than that I think, this was around when I was searching for my car.

Mod list is pretty good. I'm not familiar with the stasis sports differential though. The JHM 93 octane tune NEEDS 93+ octane, 91 only in emergencies. I'm always hesitant on steering wheels swaps and I think there's been some cases or airbags not deploying. I also hate the white interior, was the main reason I didn't consider this one.

There's also no such thing as a 2006.5 S4, 2005 was the year they switched from B6 to B7 mid year.

i thought the s4 manual's didnt come with quattro.

Any S car is Quattro. And the 6 speed isnt "Super rare"

There's easily $16k in mods there including the wheels/tires. The Ohlins coilovers are $4k alone and worth every penny. I'd say that looks like a pretty slick car.

Quite the exaggeration. While, they aren't quite unicorns, they are in the minority. The TIP's are less desirable, and thus are more prevalent in classifieds.

There is an A4 S-line Titanium Manual Ibis white A4 Avant on Quattroworld for 20k.... (US)
Might be worth looking at if he isnt sold on an S4. IMO 33 for that is a bit much. Worth noting, the Ohlins are supposed to be rebuilt every 1-02 years to maintain warranty...

If/When I ever bring myself to sell my S4 thats what I want.. Titanium/Sline Avant manual 6-speed. Any color but black.
