B5 S4 door trim replacement?

    B5 S4 door trim replacement?

    The metal band around my drivers side (a pillar to c pillar) has a dent in it over my front door and it is starting to drive me crazy.

    Has anybody replaced this? Easy to do? Any idea where to find a replacement part?
