      film like the second one focusing on your boost gauge.. i forgot to film today.. i'll do it first thing tomorrow when i leave for work as its louder when cold..

          You could wrap the down pipes that would help insulate from some of the noise, but is still sounds like a leak. This may sound like really strange advice but seafoam your engine. Then at start up after letting it sit watch the exhaust for and leaks. I scoffed at it first time I heard of this but it works because when you start the car after seafoam it smokes like crazy making even small leaks visable.

          as for the exhaust leak, its not that. i removed the entire exhaust and tightend all the clamps up. and i have the old sytle ssac exhaust with no flex joints...just oilve clamps which i replaced yesterday with new ones.

              so i did a few recordings but mine is way less quiet.. you just hear spooling but not like that.. so i didn't put them up

              i dunno maybe your turbs are dead :(

                ok so ive just been driving the car as normal since i posted this. still doing proper warm ups and cool down. but today i cleaned my air filter, and noticed that there is oil around the pcv hoses and the F hose. i just rebuilt my pcv hoses last winter with 200psi hoses. but im courious if maybe this sound could be from a pcv leak? i chceked the y pipe and did not notice any more oil then normal.

                on a side note i will be takingthe car to a exhaust shop sometime this week or next, the exhaust is rattling around alot under the car so im still banking on this being a exhaust leak either between the DP or maybe the one muffler i have. can a muffler make this sound if its a shitty (SSAC) muffler?

                  ok well i did a bit of work today, i was putting on the crash bar after cutting it to fit my fmic.... i had to move some of the T Bolt clamps and notice the top hose on the dvr side was extremely loose. i went to tighten the clamp and it was so rusted it broke...so i replced it with the only worm clamp i had in the house. i have a feeling a few more may be loose too but i have no other clamps and i terrifed they may break. so ill be getting all new clamps to do my fmic and tighten it all up nice.


                  but back on track, after replaceing the one clamp i took the car for a quick drive and noticed the wooooo sound is no longer present. i guess it was a leak. thanks again to everyone who had input on this thread.

                    never mind.....went for a longer drive today and yes the sound is still there.... just harder to hear now that my wheel bearing is making loud noises lol

                      had my exhaust all welded up today , no more leaks and no more woo woo sound either. also had my wheel bearing done too. thanks to bill at autobahn and the guys at ABC muffler.
