b5 s4 blower motor issue i think..

Over the past little while my blower motor has been acting up. It no longer blows air at a high rate unless my foot is on the gas, as soon as I start to coast it kicks the fan down to what feels like 1/4 of the speed, it no longer blows AC when this happens. But as soon as I hit the gas again it works perfect.... Anyone experience this? My Alternator only has 10k on it if that. No other interior lights or anything are affected. Volt gauge appears between high 13-14. Not sure where to start first. Sign of a dying motor? battery related?

sounds like an issue with the blower resistor and or the regulator

Any idea where they are located or should i just put in a new blower

Just replace the blower, common fail point.

Is this the correct resistor ? I can't See just the blower being it blows properly under acceleration.
