  • Another (BMW) Mechanic Question...

    Hey Guys,
I have been a faithful of tunedub for a long time, but I'm drivin' a bimmer now and I want to know if there are any bmw specific shops in town that are even half as good as George...

Did some searching, but couldn't get an answer.

    Let me know

    Cheers, James

When I had my Bimmer I used to take it to Sheni's Auto Trend. Great with bimmers.

      A/E Tuning.

Guys name is Al, has been a bmw mechanic for many years. Does amazing work and will always use only oem products.

Also Tunerworks is another shop you might want to check out. Haven't persoanlly used them, but always heard great things on the forum about them.

Been using Vitek's, I thought he was generally known as the TuneDub of the BMW world here in Calgary..

Thanks for all the responses so far.
Outside of Tunerworks, how do the other shops feel about custom tuning/modding--inparticular Shani and Vitek?

I know Sheni does custom tuning and offers a variety of aftermarket parts for Bimmers. He also has an in house project car, supercharged e30 M3 I believe.

witek is good. i've known him for 15 years and he is a solid guy with great bmw knowledge. he has built some sick cars, including bmw's. he is down with modding.
you probably don't like me because someone else said they didn't lol. <3

He just did a timing chain rebuild on my dad's 540i. He's had that car since new and its over 400,000kms now and Vitek keeps it in like new condition.

Thanks again guys, looks like I will be making an appointment. Just one more question. Do Sheni and/or Vitek have key drop offs? I will most likely have to leave my car outside of work hours...
