Re: TPMS: To be... or not to be?

Seems like a 5 minute job to me:

    Select Instruments:

    Select Adaptation:

Find Channel 61 from Drop-down menu:

Subtract 512 from whatever the "Stored Value" says on the Channel 61 screen and enter under "New Value":

Test. Save. And your done. Now... if only I had a VAG-COM and a non-Apple laptop!!! :(

My initial thoughts are with Derek, but i'll reserve full judgement until I see it in person one day. Pics can be VERY deceiving.

Ditto. Sporty car, non sporty wheels. (IMO of course. To each their own.)

I'm always torn on those wheels, at worst they look not bad, and I will definitely say they are one of the few unique styles out there where I'll actually turn my head and notice the wheels themselves regardless of the car. I think they are growing on me.

Re: TPMS: To be... or not to be?

I won't completely disagree Derek. Hard to beat the stock RS4 rims.

The rims do look better in person and much better in motion. The side profile rolling with the aluminum Audi trim is spot on.

My first reaction when I saw them was similar to yours Patryk in that they looked a little small. However, I'm not a fan of 20's on the RS4... so I guess 19's it is. Besides... this is basically the wife's car so unfortunately... I didn't have full artistic license to do whatever I wanted!

If anything aggravates the hell outta me right now it's the shite Kumho ECSTA SPT tires I have on right now. Man oh man... definitely not my favourite. Oh well... they were free.

LOL. This thread is going downhill fast.

Took a car for a good rip this PM. The wider wheels have definitely enhanced the handling characteristics of the car. Problem is... we need another Race City soon... very soon... or I'm gonna be in deep doo-doo one of these days. "Honest Officer... it's not me... the car made me do it!"

How wide are the wheels Rob? I though OEM RS4 wheels were 9" wide. These are 9.5"?
