Good place to install coilovers and paint my side blades

Hey guys, I have a 2 part question. First I'm looking to install my coilovers but haven't gotten a price lower than $900 for install in Edmonton. My car is an 09 A4 quattro. Where is a good place for the install that's not going to rip me off price wise, I'm willing to travel as far as calgary to do it.

2nd part is I have S4 side blades that need painting, where do the local guys go?
