MMI Oil Level B8 S4

So I had my first service last Wednesday...After driving for this past week, including 100kms home right after the oil change, my oil level info has not been available through the MMI system.

Is this normal lol? How long should it take to "reset" and read the level again?

IF the new system is anything like the old system it can take a couple weeks. Mine takes that long but its not daily driven.

To check the top liter of oil. The vehicle needs to be at operating temperature the vehicle needs to be parked on a level surface, shut the vehicle off for 2 minutes. Read oil level on MMI.

If's it oil change info you are after. You need to drive a minimum of 500kms for the system to reset.

If all those fail you. The hood switch is broken.
