They give better MPG numbers too for brand wide averages and obviously reliability is not nearly as much as an issue, just look at the 1.8T and 2.0Ts for example.

Word is also a tri Turbo on the new M..

As for all these pictures of the new M3, they are all renders... The M3/M4coupe(word that is for the coupe version) is still under testing ,`an heavy camo for the spy shot online.
