doing some research on moving forward and found that I need High-temperature paste G 052 112 A3.... which is a antiseize high temp. thanks to work I have some spare locktite silver grade rated for 1000 degrees C.
thanks to sabbySC and mike i might have the sensor in this week. I put on the socket on the sensor from underneath and now am trying to get an extension on the socket to get a ratchet on it. had to remove some now of the intake to get to it. work has been postpone as i finish wiring my garage with a sub panel. had a sketchy moment when i realized that the audi was parked underneath a plug i was installing for lights, not wanting to roll it off the ramps i decided to stand on the roof to wiring in the plug. good thing i'm a light weight and didn't dent the roof.
Well I got the damn 02 sensor out got an 02 sensor socket on the sensor from underneath then managed to squeeze my arm in from the top to put a joint extension then two more extension with a breaker bar I cracked it. Then fro
Underneath I loosed it off with my hand. Double check it with a multi meter and found an open circuit between the two middle pins. The two spare sensor I got one from mike and then other from sabbysc are both reading 3.2 ohms
Status update in the engine at the machine shop. So after boring the engine, Ec machine came across a problem.... Assembling the bottoms end they found that the wrist pins are too long and the circlips won't seat properly in the piston groove and the wrist pin actually over hangs over the grooves. The biggest problem is that vast isn't giving me an answer
That really sucks... wrong wrist-pins were sent I'm guessing. I've been planning on getting VAST to tune my car but you've run into a problem and they aren't getting back to you... isn't that when you need answer's right away? Keep us posted!
Why doesn't the machine shop put them on a lathe and face them to the right length? They are....afterall.....a machine shop. Get the specs from VAST. No need to waste time and money with shipping.

Yeah that's the answer we are looking for they said it was test fitted in Which the diameter is fine just not the length.
I installed the working 02 sensor and took it for a drive... at first I thought it was running fine, started no problem and drove it out of the garage. Then I noticed the ESC light stayed on, drove it around the block which reset the ESC light. As I pulled onto the drive way the car stalled. After a few turn overs it started and the check engine light was back on. Took out the OBD reader and found it was the P0030 code again, I forgot to reset the code after I finished. Reset the code and the car started no problem and no more trouble.
