Wow, who knew refreshing the diverter valves would make such a difference?

I've had them for a while and finally go around to putting them in on the weekend. Faster response and better hold according to my butt-dyno.

Did you find a boost leak or was this preventative maintenance?

Was preventative maintenance. I was just finding that the car wasn't as "snappy" as when I bought it a few years ago. Would get to boost, but took longer than I remembered. No fault codes. Didn't do a pressure test for leaks.

With the new 710N's, the boost comes on faster and holds strong.

I'm running Oc.T stage 1 ECU and Tip Chip.

Jeff i can pressure test you if you like

the maintenance is key

last year i changed pretty much EVERY boost related hose and it made a big difference

It did take a while, and it is kinda sad that I am posting on being "proud" of doing the simplest of repairs. Next week...."hey, I pumped my own gas!". LOL

Don't worry, it's always satisfying when you do something to your car and it makes a big difference in the way it drives, be it a big mod or a small one.
